Merlins Rest Pub features a wide selection of import taps including Guinness, Fullers, Bellhaven and Carlsberg as well as many more. The pub has the largest selection of single malt scotches and Irish whiskeys in the Twin Cities area. We have hand selected the recipes for our diverse menu that includes British Isles classics such as Fish & Chips, Cottage Pie, Steak Pie and Bangers & Mash, as well as locally sustainable products such as our burger made with Thousand Hills grass-fed beef (produced in Cannon Falls, Minnesota).
OUR ENTERTAINMENT
Merlins Rest Pub has some of the best musicians in the Twin Cities come through our doors, whether for the musicians open jam on Tuesday, the Celtic open jam session and local award winning pipers on Fridays, or Papa John and the Hot Club of East Lake Street on Saturdays. We also feature bands on Thursdays and Sundays! There is something for everyone here at Merlins, young and oldish: Irish, blues, jazz, folk, etc.
