February 2014 Desserts

Our new desserts for the month of February include a gluten-free Coconut Almond Lemon Curd Tart, a Checkered Stout Cake and a Chocolate Whisky Walnut Roly Poly. And of course we still offer our classic English Toffee Cake/sticky toffee pudding!

Coconut Almond Lemon Curd Tart
A white chocolate coconut creme filling topped with tangy lemon curd inside a gluten-free almond crust.
 
 Checkered Stout Cake 
Layers of moist chocolate and brown sugar buttermilk cake checkered together with a sweet Guinness stout icing and topped with a dark chocolate ganache and caramel brittle.
 
 Chocolate Whisky Walnut Roly Poly
Chocolate sponge cake soaked in a coffee-whisky syrup, rolled up with whipped cream and candied maple walnuts. Covered in a dark chocolate ganache.
