Fiona returns from WhiskyFest…and just in time! The first Thursday of every month is our single-malt tasting. This time around, you’ll get some generous pours of McClellands 16 yr (Highland), Glen Garioch 8 yr (Highland), Dailuaine 16 yr (Speyside), and Cragganmore 12 yr (Speyside). Cost: $25/participant. TARTAN DAY FILM:
Sean Connery’s Edinburgh

Merlins Rest will be celebration our 2nd annual International Tartan Day with a showing of the 1983 documentary Sean Connery’s Edinburgh. (We’ve got a screen here on which to do such things.) Yer man Bill Watkins served as the film’s Lighting Designer. He’ll provide an introduction, to be sure. Admission: Free. Lovely.
