So. I’ve been laughing madly of late when thinking upon “Juke Box Hero” by Foreigner. So earnest and yet so entirely silly one wonders how they ever finished the song without collapsing in fits of laughter.
Now, if only one could cajole the Irish session musicians to play a version; but, alas, they have better taste than that (in both music and beer), and they are more talented.
They’ll be up here, as every Friday night, playing traditional Irish music. Also, it’s our Kilt Night, so feel free to wear your tartan (or just marvel at ours).
