Making It Official – Saturday
While we’re open every day now, on Saturday, April 28, we’ll pause to celebrate an official Grand Opening. Doors open at 11 am and an afternoon and evening of revelry will follow. We’ll have a brief ribbon-cutting at 6 pm and continue on into the night. So please join us for a day of fun that will include dancers from Eileen Dahill’s academy (Saint Paul Irish Dancers), live music, and much more. More details available Friday and Saturday. Take a Closer Look: Belhaven
Merlins Rest is proud to be one of the only pubs in the Twin Cities with the wisdom to have Belhaven Scottish Ale on tap! Fans of Guinness and Smithwick’s (also on tap here) should give this tasty bevvy a try. It’s dark and mildly peaty, but very smooth. Some other beers noted on the Meal & Drink page.
